Welcome to MIO PINO — an intimate, four-storey building combining modernity with nature. The property stands out with its modernist architecture in bright, natural tones.

Our design was inspired by the finest traditions of Italian design, known for its elegance, attention to detail, and use of high-quality materials. The façade features HPL cladding in light, natural colors combined with accents of light wood. Glass balcony railings and large windows in taupe-colored frames lend a sense of lightness and openness.

The property has been designed with both drivers and pedestrians in mind, offering a private parking area and ensuring maximum walking comfort. We’ve designed convenient, well-lit pathways leading to the building, illuminated with decorative, park-style lighting. The property will be fully fenced, with access-controlled entry doors and a barrier-secured entrance to the parking lot.

The building’s common areas have been crafted for the most discerning clients – those who value not only comfort but also the beauty and harmony of interiors. Here too, you’ll find elements of Italian design and timeless elegance. The floors and decorative wall accents feature Italian tiles inspired by travertine — a noble stone appreciated and used in Italy for centuries. Natural, light wood will bring warmth and coziness into the interiors. Complementary pastel shades of olive green and taupe complete the atmosphere.
The unique ambiance is further enhanced by individually lit apartment entrances and large glass panels illuminating the entrance lobby and hallways on each floor. All floors are accessible via a modern staircase finished with high-quality cladding and a silent, smooth-running elevator.

Simple, carefully planned apartment layouts allow for easy interior design adjustments, letting each client tailor the space to their individual needs. Each apartment can easily feature a separate, comfortable bedroom. Upper-floor apartments come with private balconies, while ground-floor apartments have individual, green-enclosed terraces — perfect spaces for slow-life-inspired relaxation and gatherings.

MIO PINO apartments are equipped with modern eco-solutions. Heat pumps have been designed to provide hot water and building heating, while a system of photovoltaic panels installed on the roof will help provide power for the common areas. Heat pumps will also supply floor heating for every individual apartment.

All ground-floor apartments are equipped with external roller shutters, providing residents with privacy and security. Outdoor monitoring system, security cameras, and an access-controlled main entrance will help owners to feel safe.
