1. PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER

2. THE PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA PROCESSING – COMMUNICATION, INCLUDING ANSWERING QUESTIONS SUBMITTED VIA THE CONTACT FORM, EMAILS, ETC.
We collect your personal data from you. Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to communicate with you. If you become our customer, contractor or collaborator, by providing us with your data we can make sales to you, improve contract performance, provide services or use your services. We also collect your data from you in case of complaints (warranty or guarantee notifications), for the purpose of defense against claims, and for the purpose of establishing and asserting claims.
The administrator will process the personal data you provide: name, surname, address data, identification numbers: NIP, PESEL, date of birth, telephone numbers, email addresses, and information about contracts concluded.
Provision of such personal data as e.g. phone number, email address is voluntary, and failure to provide such data will not result in refusal to conclude or perform the contract. In such a case, however, the Administrator will not be able to contact you by phone or email.
The personal data you provide will be processed:
a) for the purpose of executing the concluded agreements and taking necessary actions for the conclusion and performance of the agreement (Article 6(1)(b) RODO);
To the extent that your personal data are processed for the purpose of concluding and performing the agreement, providing the data is a statutory and contractual requirement and the data are necessary for the proper conclusion of the agreement and its performance. Your failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to conclude and perform the contract.
b) in order for the Administrator to carry out its legal obligations, to conduct recruitment and conclude a contract, or for the purposes of future recruitment (Article 6(1)(b), (c) RODO);
c) for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party, including judicial defense, establishing, securing and asserting claims, conducting marketing (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
d) for analytical and statistical purposes consisting, in particular, in the analysis of data obtained automatically when using the Website, including cookies, are processed based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator in the form of adapting the content of the Website to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the Website; creating statistics that help to understand how Users use the Website, which allows to improve its structure and content (art. 6(1)(f) RODO);
e) data may also be archived for internal and statistical purposes (Art. 6(1)(f) RODO).
3. DATA PROTECTION MEASURES
Your data shall be processed by the Administrator in accordance with the security requirements provided by the applicable laws. The Administrator shall apply technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processing of personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of data, including to protect them against unauthorized access, processing in violation of the regulations, law, alteration, loss , damage or destruction.
4. THE RIGHTS OF PERSONS WHOSE DATA ARE PROCESSED
In connection with the processing of your data, you are entitled to:
(a) access to personal data concerning him/her (Article 15 RODO),
(b) rectification of your personal data (Article 16 RODO),
c) erasure of your personal data (Art. 17 RODO),
d) restriction of processing of your personal data (Art. 18 RODO),
e) transfer of your personal data (Art. 20 RODO),
f) withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing performed on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal – only if the processing is based on your consent (art. 13(2)(c) RODO),
g) object to the processing of your personal data (art. 21 RODO).
If you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of applicable law, you have the right to complain to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. In such a case, however, I encourage you to contact me in advance to clarify your concerns.

5. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
In connection with the processing of personal data, your personal data may be transferred or entrusted to entities authorized to obtain them under the law:
a) authorized employees of the Administrator and entities cooperating with the Administrator in the implementation of the purposes indicated in point II,
b) entities providing outsourcing services for the Administrator, including courier services, accounting, legal services, IT services and maintaining the Administrator’s IT infrastructure, subcontractors of services for the Administrator,
c) public authorities, based on statutory requirements.
Where your data will not be transferred:
Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
Your data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
6. COOKIS FILES
The site does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies. This data is collected in a way that prevents the identification of the User, the so-called Anonymous Data.

7. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Your data will be processed no longer than until you object or the business purpose ceases. Your personal data will be stored for a period of up to five (5) years from the last event that may give rise to any potential counterclaims from any legal basis.
For certain claims, this time may be extended if a longer period of limitation is required by generally applicable law.
After the expiration of the above time periods, your data will be deleted.
